From Daily Cleaner to Entrepreneur
and Transformation Leader
I am Gabi Valente, a resident of the Restinga neighborhood in Porto Alegre and the founder of “Casa Limpa.”
At 40, I chose to follow a path that values the work of a daily cleaner, not as a last resort, but as a dignified and respectable profession.
My journey began in formal jobs that didn’t bring me fulfillment until I recognized the importance and transformative potential of the daily cleaning profession.
My purpose has always been to elevate this profession, empower other women, and show that with dedication and knowledge, it’s possible to thrive.
I created the School for Daily Cleaners to offer more than cleaning techniques; I provide a new perspective and support for each woman to find pride in her work and build a better life for herself and her family.
- Multidisciplinary Approach
- Focus on Empowerment
- Commitment to the Community
Free training for women who seek more
The School for Daily Cleaners is a project created by Gabi Valente to train women in professional cleaning techniques, restore their self-esteem, and show that the role of a daily cleaner is one of pride and can be the start of a successful journey.
With free courses and a welcoming environment, we offer participants not only practical skills but also the confidence to face the job market and transform their lives.
Join us and see how small changes can lead to powerful transformations, creating a more prosperous and dignified future.
As a professional, I understand the importance of showing these women—and many others—that yes:
- You can be highly valued.
- Cleaning does not and should not be seen as a temporary job or something inferior or shameful.
- You can earn an income that brings quality of life to your family, just as you bring to others!
- You should feel proud of your profession—always.
- You don’t need to give up your self-care to be a cleaner. Having self-esteem means being happy.
